AI operations for e-commerce
For owners running a shop. For agencies running shops for clients. counterpart brings order, payment and shipping context into one queue, handles the routine within your rules, and holds everything else for review.
One operational queue
Example shop
€42.00
Why it’s held: the refund is above this shop’s €25 automatic limit. The courier has confirmed the return scan.
Illustrative example. Not a live customer recording.
Problem
One question. Several tools. Repeated across client shops.
Find the customer and order.
Confirm payment or refund status.
Check available tracking details.
Send an accurate update.
Manual checks consume merchant time and agency capacity.
The pilots will measure handling time and intervention effort.
How it works
For shop owners and agency teams handling client operations.
01 / Understand
Order, payment and shipping information comes into the same workflow.
02 / Act
counterpart prepares responses and carries out actions within the policies you define.
03 / Supervise
counterpart holds anything outside the rules for you and keeps an accountable record of every action.
Implemented prototype, including simulation and action records. The pilots validate live integration reliability.

Policies
For each kind of action, choose whether counterpart acts within a limit, asks you first, or never acts at all. Try it below.
Clear policies. Visible exceptions. Nothing outside your rules happens without you.

FAQ
It brings order, payment and shipping information into one operational queue. Routine work, such as answering “Where is my order?”, is handled within the rules you set. Anything outside those rules is held for a person to review.
WooCommerce and Shopify. The first pilot deployment is on WooCommerce. A public Shopify app is in preparation and will go through Shopify’s app review.
Only where you allow it. For each action type, such as customer replies, refunds and cancellations, you choose Automatic, Ask Me or Never. Limits apply to automatic actions, for example a daily refund cap. Everything else waits for you.
Yes. Every action and every held exception is written to an action record, so you can see what happened, when and under which rule. You can test the rules in simulation before you turn them on.
Only the order, payment, shipping and customer-message data from the services you connect, and only to carry out the work you have allowed. See our privacy notice.
Pricing is per shop per month: Start €59, Growth €149, Pro €299. Pilot shops get Growth at €99 a month for 12 months. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial on a demo shop, so you can see it working before you connect your own store.
Agencies pay the same per-shop pricing across their client portfolio, with volume terms agreed per agency. Each client shop keeps its own rules and its own action record.
The prototype is built and merchant pilots are targeted for November 2026. We are taking on a small number of pilot shops and agencies. Request a pilot to take part.
