How We Handle Personal Data
This notice explains what personal data we process when you visit this website or contact us, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect on this website
- No cookies, analytics or tracking. This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tools.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your request so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Web fonts. The typeface is loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited), so your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you contact us
If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we use your name, contact details and message to reply and to arrange a pilot, demo or investor conversation. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep this correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and delete it after that unless the law requires us to keep it.
Pilot shops and agencies
When a shop or agency connects its store to counterpart, we process order, payment, shipping and customer-message data on that business’s behalf, as a processor, and only to carry out the work it has allowed. The terms for this processing are agreed in writing with each pilot customer before a live store is connected.
Who receives data
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers we need to run this website and our communication, such as our hosting, email and font providers. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email petar@fragment42.hr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka, azop.hr).
